📋 Description

• Drive strategic pricing and inventory allocation decisions as part of the team's operational rhythm • Partner across sales, product, deal desk, and other teams to understand market dynamics and inform pricing strategy • Own the development and optimization of the new biddable auction environment from day 1 • Define the pricing logic and strategy powering the monetization model • Build analytical frameworks enabling data-driven pricing decisions at scale • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities in pricing, and develop systems and processes to capture them

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in advertising pricing and yield management • Deep experience with biddable and auction environments • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships across a wide range of partner teams • Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail
