📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy providers, ensuring service quality, contract compliance, and performance expectations are met • Negotiate pharmacy contracts and pricing agreements to support competitive costs and sustainable partnerships • Identify, evaluate, and onboard pharmacy providers to expand network coverage and access to specialty services • Monitor provider performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to strengthen service delivery • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing reviews, reimbursement disputes, contract administration, and regulatory compliance • Support pharmacy network strategy through reporting, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical contracting, pricing, or related network operations • Experience working with pharmacy providers, vendors, or healthcare partners, including relationship management and issue resolution • Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to evaluate pricing, costs, and operational performance • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), managed care, hospice or palliative care, or specialty pharmacy networks preferred
