📋 Description

• Build and maintain a national network of trained therapists and therapeutic service providers aligned with MyoConnect initiatives • Manage provider partnerships in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Outcomes • Establish partnerships with outpatient clinics, hospital systems, and other therapy organizations based on patient geography and insurance coverage • Support or lead provider meetings and presentations to drive MyoPro awareness and adoption • Coordinate with physician offices to obtain referrals and required documentation while guiding patients through the therapeutic process • Introduce therapists to MyoPro technology, the therapist role, and training requirements • Coordinate and support clinical education initiatives, including in-services and training sessions • Maintain therapist maps and training databases to track provider engagement • Identify and coordinate therapists for patient cases and support MyoPro delivery handoffs • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure therapist and clinic data is up to date • Track key metrics and support data accuracy across systems • Drive patient access initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Outcomes to support business objectives • Partner with internal teams to support provider engagement and territory needs • Contribute to workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency • Serve as a primary pre-delivery point of contact for therapists, ensuring timely and professional communication • Support a positive provider experience, strengthening engagement within Myomo’s clinical network

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related • 2-4 years of experience in clinical coordination, provider relations, or healthcare network development • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems and other digital documentation tools • Ability to travel occasionally for business needs • Strong organizational and data management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities • Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving skills • PT/OT, PTA, or COTA strongly preferred
