📋 Description

• Serve as principal functional and technical lead for supply chain business systems, ERP processes, reporting, and enterprise-wide initiatives • Lead cross-functional projects involving ERP enhancements, automation, systems integration, process optimization, and digital transformation • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle • Review software vendor application versions and patches • Identify interdependencies across departments, divisions, systems, and processes • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, SQL queries, reports, and data visualizations • Translate business and mission requirements into specifications, system designs, workflows, and implementation plans • Lead user acceptance testing, implementation, training, change management, and post-implementation support • Develop and deploy queries and reports for end users • Configure vendor applications, test and validate configurations, and implement production changes • Develop test cases, scripts, documentation, functional requirements, process flows, and support procedures • Review and approve application security requests for Procurement and Property functions • Lead quality assurance, data integrity, unit, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced expertise in ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft, including procurement, inventory management, MRP, manufacturing, and MES functionality • Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, analytics, reporting architecture, and business intelligence tools including Power BI, SQL Server, Oracle, and Excel • Ability to solve highly complex business and technical problems and develop scalable solutions • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational performance management • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and systems solutions • Experience leading high-visibility, multidisciplinary projects with changing priorities and cross-functional dependencies • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to work independently under consultative direction with significant judgment and initiative • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field • 8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably in government acquisition • Applicants selected must obtain and maintain a government security clearance • Active Secret Clearance preferred
