📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day customer operations in partnership with the Supply Chain Manager • Own the end-to-end order stream and drive toward a 95% no-touch order-to-cash process • Partner with Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and truckload consolidation • Manage EDI systems and order management processes • Identify root causes of recurring fulfillment roadblocks and implement scalable solutions • Own the logistics non-compliance and fines process from identification through resolution • Own customer fill rate reporting and drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions • Support onboarding of new customers and deepen relationships with existing accounts • Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage potential inventory cuts • Build scalable SOPs and share knowledge and best practices • Report to the Manager, Supply Chain Customer Service

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of customer-facing management experience within a Supply Chain environment • Skilled at breaking down complex, ambiguous problems and making sound recommendations • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment • Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and address issues in real time • Transparent, empathetic communication skills • Strong attention to detail, high ownership mentality, and organizational skills • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other leading CRM platforms • CPG industry experience preferred • Experience implementing AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency • Six Sigma Lean certification preferred
