• Provides world-class support to Franchisees and Center Managers • Coaching to meet or exceed Sales, Car Count, and Customer Experience metrics • Conduct market meetings and training on company initiatives • Utilize observations and data driven insights to provide coaching • Document all activity in FranConnect • Provide oversight to ensure franchisee compliance • Attend Meineke Annual Convention and corporate organized events • Building trust through respectful communication with franchisees
• 7 years Automotive experience in sales, service, or operations • 2 years of multiunit management experience a plus • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to influence and implement positive change to drive the best result for the company • Knowledge and understanding of point of sales systems and other software solutions. • Understanding and ability to use Microsoft office suite, Smartsheet, and Google docs is preferred.
