📋 Description

• Support the development, modeling, optimization, and governance of our data processes. • Enable business teams, analytics, and vendor partners with performant, high-quality solutions. • Contribute to the delivery and design of scalable processes and data models using Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Kafka. • Mentor and collaborate closely with fellow engineers and interface with product leadership. • Translate complex data requirements into stable, trusted processes and data structures.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related data discipline. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Advanced SQL expertise supporting both transactional and analytical/reporting workloads. • Experience working with SQL Server and modern cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake. • Proven experience building end-to-end data pipelines and supporting near real-time data integration using technologies such as Kafka, Confluent, CDC, and Snowflake. • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, normalized design, and enterprise data architecture principles. • Proficiency in Python for automation, data processing, data validation, and integrations. • Experience with dbt and modern ELT development methodologies. • Hands-on experience with Argo or similar workflow orchestration platforms. • Experience utilizing Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows through GitHub or Azure DevOps. • Demonstrated success leveraging AI and machine learning concepts for automation, predictive insights, anomaly detection, or intelligent workflow improvements. • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to mentor teammates and contribute to team growth and continuous improvement.
