📋 Description

• Partner with Strategic Project Leads to run customer programs from initial scoping through final data delivery • Turn vague customer briefs into technical plans • Decide what to reuse, extend, configure, or build, and validate gaps before coding • Document scope, implementation, deliverables, and risks • Build capture flows, task logic, data pipelines, and delivery across web, mobile, and backend • Ship production code used by real participants • Use coding agents and evals in the development process and teach these practices to others • Own data redaction, validation, provenance, and clean delivery • Design quality checks and human-review paths and measure their effectiveness • Collaborate with the research team to ensure data quality and evidence • Work with core engineering to move repeat custom builds into the core platform • Identify recurring customer needs and help prioritize future platform capabilities • Propose new program types and platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years shipping production full-stack software • Experience working directly with technical customers as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or early founding engineer • Experience building and running data pipelines: ingest, clean, redact, deliver • Hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar; serious production work with them • Experience building with LLMs and understanding how they are evaluated • Comfort with non-determinism and reasoning about behavior across a distribution • Clear writing and ability to explain tradeoffs to researchers and PMs • Based in the Bay Area, with occasional customer travel • Nice to have: human data, labeling, or eval pipeline experience • Nice to have: mobile or browser-based capture experience • Nice to have: sensitive or regulated data experience • Nice to have: founded something
