• Provide critical operational excellence support to Global Customer Management, AWS Security Engagement, business management, regional, local customer, and internal operations teams • Serve as the primary GCM security liaison with the DSV Global Security Task Force, regional security leaders, site operations, and customer stakeholders • Represent GCM in global security governance forums and communicate priorities, risks, decisions, and progress • Develop and implement a globally standardized security framework, policies, procedures, control standards, playbooks, governance routines, and reporting requirements • Conduct site visits, security risk assessments, gap analyses, audits, corrective-action planning, and closure verification • Maintain the global security compliance roadmap, risk register, audit calendar, and corrective-action tracker • Monitor security performance through KPIs, audit results, incident trends, and control-effectiveness reviews • Support new site implementations, expansions, customer requirements, and business changes by defining and integrating security requirements • Evaluate and promote security technology, tools, and process improvements • Facilitate collaboration across Security, Operations, Safety, Quality, IT, Compliance, Legal, Real Estate, Business Management, and Customer Enablement • Promote security awareness through communications, workshops, and training • Share lessons learned and best practices across regions • Collaborate with AWS and DSV Operations to develop a globally harmonized Safety Program • Drive Safety Program strategy, process and tool development, standardization, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement • Act as senior Safety expert and support new business implementations • Manage relationships with internal and customer-side stakeholders at global level • Drive the global safety strategic planning roadmap and supporting projects • Track and measure strategic initiatives against customer goals • Drive safety performance through auditing, metric monitoring, and risk escalation • Lead safety communications and support safety change-management programs • Support operations in designing and implementing continuous-improvement safety initiatives and report their impact
• 7+ years’ experience in strategy, tactics, development, and facilitation • Business degree required; Logistics or Supply Chain preferred • Fluent in English • Additional language skills highly beneficial in a global environment • Demonstratable end-to-end experience across sales, strategy, consulting, and supply chain • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize • Project management mindset • Entrepreneurial-minded, self-starting, and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment • Ability to work independently and proactively • Strategic and tactical thinking to drive cross-functional initiatives • Mediation, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis skills • Proven interpersonal and leadership skills across organizational levels and geographies • Ability to present at executive level • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required • Ability to work in a mixed office and operational environment • Ability to work regular travel or weekend/overnight shifts
