📋 Description

• Develop and maintain site Quality Management System documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and visuals • Recommend procedures and standards to maintain process quality • Support client-related and applicable QMS requirements • Coordinate requirements for the 5 Star Site Certification Program • Manage Quality & Training requirements • Create and maintain HACCP programs when applicable to support Food Safety Policy and Food Defense Plan • Ensure site compliance with applicable GMP standards and FDA regulations • Establish and maintain quality standards for critical operational functions • Train site management and employees on QMS components and requirements • Lead responses to client complaints and internal errors through root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions • Serve as primary contact for external and internal audits and develop resulting action plans • Assist with recalls, hold notifications, and stop-shipments in consultation with customer management • Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Develop and monitor quality-process KPIs and metrics • Conduct or participate in required quality-related meetings • Sponsor the site Training Program and coordinate training documentation • Perform duties assigned by the site General Manager to achieve client satisfaction • Adhere to company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Must have High School diploma or GED • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Preferred 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in a management capacity • 2 years’ experience as a Quality Manager • Knowledge of warehouse operations with basic GMP as necessary • Preferred knowledge of ISO, HACCP, 21CFR, FDA, SQF
