📋 Description

• Manage all facets of event fundraising within the Central Florida region • Recruit and train volunteers • Manage volunteer efforts supporting Ducks Unlimited fundraising events • Foster regional growth, emphasizing new chapter development • Drive internal growth within existing committees • Identify and develop non-traditional fundraising opportunities • Identify and manage major donors • Coordinate and collaborate with the Florida fundraising team and volunteers • Travel extensively by automobile throughout the region

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS from an accredited institution is required • Volunteer experience with non-profit organizations will benefit candidates • Volunteer experience with Ducks Unlimited is desired • Aptitude for building and managing relationships with a diverse group of volunteers • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with a personal computer • Basic skills in MS Office applications • Working familiarity with the Internet • Ability to develop computer skills specific to Ducks Unlimited Inc.’s standardized information systems • Self-motivated and eager to accept challenging goals • Willingness to work hours extending well outside the typical workday and workweek throughout the year • Willingness to undertake extensive auto travel throughout the region • Resume, cover letter, and three professional references required for application
