📋 Description

• Own the global VIP portfolio across casino and sportsbook, with accountability for revenue, retention, LTV, incentive efficiency, and exposure • Define and operate the VIP portfolio framework, including segmentation, tiers, benefits, limits, and engagement logic • Establish real-time monitoring, alerting, and decision-making processes • Make commercial decisions on incentives, bespoke offers, limits, and player treatment • Provide performance outlooks and strategic insight to senior leadership • Define and evolve the VIP vision and strategy across Duelbits products • Monitor competitor VIP propositions and shifting player expectations • Own VIP onboarding from first touch through long-term engagement • Collaborate with CRM, product, social, acquisition, streamers, partnerships, and brand teams to scale the VIP portfolio • Oversee VIP social and community presence, including X and Discord • Convert partnerships and sponsorships into exclusive VIP value and experiences • Lead and develop the existing 7-person VIP function and onboard 2 planned hires • Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and operating workflows • Establish VIP KPIs, reporting cadence, decision frameworks, and governance • Improve tooling, processes, and automation to support scale and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in VIP leadership, portfolio management, or high-value customer roles within iGaming • Proven ownership of high-value portfolios with direct commercial accountability • Strong analytical and strategic capability, with confidence making decisions under uncertainty • Experience building and leading teams and defining operating models • Deep understanding of competitive VIP landscapes and high-value player behaviour • Comfortable operating in an always-on, high-responsibility environment
