📋 Description

• Provide direction for the division • Promote and emulate a patient-centric and customer service focus within the division • Develop the division operating budget and goals • Manage the division's financial, service, and productivity performance • Monitor, analyze, and manage reports and related documents • Ensure integration with other departmental areas • Develop operational policies, procedures, standards, and expectations • Provide opportunities to meet or exceed balanced scorecard objectives • Conduct performance reviews of direct reports • Develop and mentor direct reports and staff • Participate in community and agency events • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required • 5 years of experience in business or other applicable experience • A master's degree in a related field, such as business or health administration, may be substituted for experience on a 1:1 basis • Certifications in patient access or patient accounting preferred
