📋 Description

• Conduct merchant underwriting and due diligence, and identify ways to automate and accelerate onboarding. • Perform annual compliance reviews and conduct merchant outreach. • Process bank account changes and other administrative modifications. • Analyze and disposition BSA/AML alerts with an investigative mindset. • Maintain professional customer communications to resolve compliance issues. • Audit daily routines to identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks. • Leverage AI tools to scale team operations and optimize processes.
