📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day momentum of enterprise transformations • Partner with a Senior Transformation Strategist and Forward Deployed Engineers across live enterprise accounts • Own workstream fact bases through process interviews, data analysis, handoff and exception analysis, and investigation of operational workarounds • Identify where cost, cash, service, cycle time or control is being lost • Produce analyses, decision documents and slides with clear baselines, assumptions and evidence • Turn diagnostics into practical roadmaps with the Senior Transformation Strategist • Run weekly operating cadences with customer teams • Prepare working sessions, maintain actions and decisions, follow commitments through and surface blockers early • Ensure new processes are clear enough for people to use • Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers during live solution delivery • Keep business needs, technical delivery and customer adoption aligned • Establish baselines, targets and measurement windows before implementation • Track progress, investigate misses and produce evidence trusted by CFOs and operating teams • Build working-level customer relationships and support senior stakeholder conversations • Improve Duvo’s reusable playbook through templates, diagnostics, measurement methods or delivery practices

🎯 Requirements

• Currently operating from Consultant/Associate through Project Leader/Engagement Manager level at McKinsey, BCG or Bain • Typically around 3–5 years of core, client-facing consulting experience • Able to structure an unfamiliar problem, find the critical question and make a clear recommendation • Comfortable working from messy data and incomplete information • Able to build concise, numerate and decision-ready analyses and slides • Able to run a reliable customer cadence, follow through on actions, notice what is not working and help fix it • Able to listen well, ask direct questions and communicate clearly with people at different organizational levels • Knows when to ask for help rather than bluff • Works well without a large team or polished playbook • Uses AI seriously in own work • Writes clearly in English • Takes responsibility for the quality of customer-facing work • Early-stage company experience is helpful but not required • Experience in retail, CPG, supply chain, logistics, inventory or finance operations is helpful but not required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
