📋 Description

• Own the customer's business transformation and transformation roadmap, not merely the Duvo deployment • Act as a management consultant embedded in the customer's business • Work with C-level and board-level stakeholders to connect Duvo capabilities to revenue, margin, capital-return, and workforce outcomes • Build business cases for operational change and secure budget-holder buy-in • Lead organizational change by helping redesign roles and workflows around AI • Work with customer leadership to ensure transformation adoption and lasting process change • Define which processes to transform first with the customer's COO • Review whether new processes are being adopted and whether business metrics are improving • Present proof packs to boards and executive teams • Drive pilots into company-wide rollouts and identify subsequent expansion opportunities • Own strategic C-level relationships, proof of outcomes, and the commercial conversation following successful transformation • Partner with AI Solutions Consultants, who build automations and workflows • Complete customer-focused hiring interviews and discussions concerning transformations, stakeholder management, outcome measurement, and difficult customer situations

🎯 Requirements

• Real FMCG or retail experience; direct experience inside or with retailers or CPG companies • Big 4 or top-tier consulting background, including transformation engagements at Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey, or Accenture • Ability to operate credibly with COOs, CFOs, and board members • Experience defining baselines, tracking metrics, and proving ROI • Ability to lead strategic conversations and build business cases for operational change • Ability to manage strategic customer relationships and commercial expansion conversations • Experience with transformations touching multiple business units or geographies (helpful) • Experience with automation platforms such as RPA or workflow tools (helpful) • Practical change-management experience, including adoption of new ways of working (helpful) • Czech, French, or a Nordic language skills (helpful) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and indicate whether visa sponsorship is required
