📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and deliver large, cross-functional programs aligned with strategic goals • Oversee the entire program lifecycle from inception to completion • Serve as the primary liaison across internal and external teams • Develop program strategies with senior leadership and define roadmaps with clear milestones • Identify and mitigate risks and address roadblocks before they affect outcomes • Coordinate resource allocation across projects • Keep stakeholders informed about program progress, changes, and risks through regular updates • Drive process improvements, apply best practices, and incorporate lessons learned • Manage resources, timelines, and risk to deliver program-wide success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in program and project management, focused on cross-functional collaboration • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Demonstrated experience implementing project management software • Familiarity with Epic, Aura, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, and other Electronic Health Record platforms • Exceptional verbal and written communication, including executive-level communication • Ability to work collaboratively across a distributed workforce • Practical experience in project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, and communication planning • Ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope • Proven ability to drive multiple concurrent projects • Good judgment about when to seek guidance and escalate risks and issues • Reliable high-speed internet access for remote work • Epic certifications are desirable but not required
