📋 Description

• Lead new customers through onboarding and setup on the OptiMantra platform • Train customers on platform features, workflows, and best practices • Provide technical support via phone, email, and video calls • Troubleshoot issues and deliver customer solutions • Create and improve customer-facing knowledge base articles and training videos • Partner with internal teams to improve processes, documentation, and the overall customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer support, onboarding, healthcare operations, or technology (experience level flexible for the right candidate) • Experience with EMR/EHR or practice management platforms is a plus • Background in customer support, IT/help desk, or a clinical/medical office environment is helpful • Comfortable with technology, including scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and database-driven systems • Strong problem-solving skills • Customer-first mindset • Enjoy helping people learn and succeed
