📋 Description

• Analyze business problems and develop automated solutions, processes, and procedures • Identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective systems and procedures meeting user and system requirements • Create functional specifications for business systems • Configure system settings and options • Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing • Manage integrations, documentation, and post-production support for Workday Financials, Payroll, and HCM • Review Level I and II design proposals and provide feedback, recommendations, and guidance • Ensure application systems align with user needs, objectives, processes, and business strategies • Consult on complex projects and contribute to department delivery policies and procedures • Provide subject-matter expertise and project leadership to other BSA resources • Chronicle and review detailed functional requirements with Business Owners, DEV, and QA • Guide resolution of design issues and challenges to facilitate development and project delivery • Lead solutions and ensure implementations meet business requirements • Develop systems implementation strategies with key business stakeholders • Participate in change-management activities for the user community • Identify work-package tasks, level of effort, and dependencies • Assess and identify change-management impacts • Create and manage milestones across the development lifecycle • Guide implementation of new business processes supporting system changes • Ensure integrated system and production support • Oversee and guide Level I–II Business Systems Analysts and Business Partners on application and production issues • Conduct training, facilitate meetings, gather information, and present status • Design business solutions for new processes and business practices

🎯 Requirements

• AA or Certification degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of business functional area experience • Deep expertise in Workday integration practices • Strong understanding of upstream and downstream system dependencies • 5+ years' experience with Business Applications • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Security administration knowledge • Strong SQL knowledge • Complete SDLC experience • Java/.Net experience • SMLE level of business acumen in multiple functional areas • Ability to document process and data flows • Extensive in-depth knowledge of multiple enterprise applications • Knowledge of system development and project management methodologies, including OO and PMI • Understanding of technical architecture of business applications and platforms • Ability to communicate with customers of varying expertise levels • Ability to communicate complex technical information to less-technical users • Ability to communicate in-depth business processes to technical resources • Ability to create complex process-flow diagrams or flowcharts • Ability to gather and document requirements and confirm observations with Business Owners, stakeholders, and senior management • Ability to perform fit/gap analysis on medium to large project initiatives • Ability to write complex queries and reports • Ability to develop and manage multiple enterprise-wide project plans with established deliverables and timelines • Ability to provide guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to lower-level personnel • Ability to conduct training • Ability to create thorough and complex documentation • Ability to facilitate and conduct meetings, gather information, and present status • Adaptability and demonstrated good judgment • Successful completion of a background check is required
