📋 Description

• Lead strategic governance and performance management processes aligning Health Plan, divisional, and enterprise priorities • Facilitate strategic performance planning, business reviews, and governance forums for executive decision-making, issue resolution, and accountability • Develop and maintain performance frameworks, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes • Identify performance risks, barriers, and opportunities and facilitate cross-functional action planning • Lead complex quantitative and qualitative analyses of business performance, operational effectiveness, and strategic initiatives • Synthesize insights and develop executive communications, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership, executive committees, and board-level forums • Establish and improve governance processes, operating models, decision-rights frameworks, and role-clarity mechanisms • Coordinate across business, finance, strategy, operations, and functional teams • Provide thought leadership on enterprise performance management, governance, organizational effectiveness, and strategy execution • Organize, monitor, and communicate progress across portfolios, initiatives, and strategic commitments • Mentor and coach team members on strategic planning, executive communication, performance management, governance, and business analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 8+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field • Progressive experience in strategic planning, performance management, business operations, enterprise governance, consulting, healthcare strategy, or related disciplines • Experience supporting executive leadership teams, governance forums, strategic planning processes, and enterprise performance management • Strong executive communication, facilitation, influence, and stakeholder skills • Experience developing scorecards, KPIs, business performance reviews, executive reporting, and strategic execution frameworks • Healthcare payer experience preferred • Authorization to work in the United States
