📋 Description

• Deliver consistent, profitable Blue Cross NC Major Group sales • Promote group retention and sales of new product lines to existing clients • Serve as lead relationship manager for key client stakeholders • Build trusted relationships with clients and producers • Report insights on financial and service value delivered to clients • Provide data-backed solutions and recommendations • Retain existing business and maximize group retention • Manage profit and loss performance and revenue generation • Negotiate renewals and identify growth opportunities in ancillary products, buy-ups, and expanded services • Manage group data and profiles and maintain customer-centric knowledge bases • Analyze client financial, utilization, and industry trend data • Develop trusted advisor relationships with producers • Collaborate with Client Services on group issues, project management, and delivery needs • Coordinate renewals and enrollment with the Group Center of Excellence and Operations • Identify and document best practices and communicate client experiences • Maintain community relationships and corporate image • Monitor competitor positioning and market needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 3+ years of experience in a related field • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field • Must be able to obtain a North Carolina Health and Life Insurance license within 60 days of employment • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license • Strong communication and presentation experience • Existing broker relationships preferred • Proven ability to negotiate in high-pressure situations • Advanced organizational and time-management skills • Demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations
