📋 Description

• Lead a team of departmental staff and oversee workload and execution of operational goals • Manage day-to-day workload to achieve business objectives and execute team goals and expectations • Provide leadership, direction, work-process assistance, and operational guidance • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture • Serve as primary point of contact for operational updates and escalations • Engage directly with customers as needed and respond to escalated client and customer issues • Ensure employees are trained in processes and procedures and respond accurately and professionally to inquiries • Provide ongoing coaching, development feedback, coaching conversations, and formal performance evaluations • Collaborate with departmental and cross-functional teams to establish performance goals and monitor progress • Identify and address system or process gaps • Identify trends, determine root causes, document and report problems, and implement solutions • Conduct random audits, review results, and create performance improvement plans as necessary • Develop and implement short- and long-term service objectives and methods when approved • Represent the department on corporate projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 5+ years of experience in related fields • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field • Authorization to work in the United States • Ability to perform leadership, team management, performance management, process improvement, and training and development responsibilities
