📋 Description

• Process levies • Take incoming customer service phone calls supporting levies, abandoned property, or research • Complete transactions and activities accurately, on time, and according to established procedures and SLAs • Refer or escalate processing and operational issues to appropriate functions or partners • Support incoming transactions by validating information and performing authorized adjustments • Respond to partner, colleague, and customer requests effectively and promptly • Complete assigned workload to meet service and productivity requirements • Apply internal and industry regulations, due diligence, and operating policies • Manage confidential correspondence and information discreetly • Support timely and accurate business processes, including recording transactions • Review processes and provide process-improvement ideas • Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities • Adhere to operational frameworks and methodologies, including Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management • Participate as a team member, support team effectiveness, and contribute to a positive work environment • Build operations knowledge, critically assess processes, and share improvement ideas • Participate in performance management, development, and cross-training activities • Keep colleagues informed about relevant day-to-day information • Act as a brand ambassador for the function and TD Bank

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma • Working-level knowledge of the supported business unit and operational functions • Knowledge of regulatory issues and requirements for supported jurisdictions • Process knowledge for the relevant area of expertise • Ability to complete transactions involving multiple steps and systems or applications • Ability to identify, resolve, or escalate issues within prescribed parameters • Ability to interact with internal partners and external customers • Ability to execute transactions accurately and on time while following guidelines, procedures, and SLAs • Understanding of internal and industry regulations • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management frameworks • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions • Ability to perform basic arithmetic: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing • Ability to concentrate for long periods • Ability to perform sedentary work continuously and operate standard office equipment • Occasional domestic travel; no international travel
