📋 Description

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives impacting the customer base and customer-facing teams • Develop and lead impactful, measurable strategies that drive revenue growth and meaningful customer interactions • Lead workstreams with cross-functional teams to bring the best thinking to key initiatives • Manage special projects across functions and departments • Lead and develop a cross-functional team with diverse strategy and analytics backgrounds • Hunt for insights to drive company strategy • Support strategy for New Customer Acquisition, Account Management, Marketing, and Product • Help influence and drive the strategic direction of the company

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in strategy, finance, investment banking / PE, or consulting • Expertise in recurring revenue business models is a must have • Familiarity with B2B software is a plus • Strong analytical and modeling skills across multiple sources of data • Advanced Excel proficiency • Deep familiarity with finance or financial analytics • Ability to apply a financial lens to strategic decision-making • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to work collaboratively • Experience leading a team • MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field is a plus
