E-Verify Program is a United States government-run web-based system that allows enrolled employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. Managed by the U. S. Department of Homeland Security, E-Verify verifies employee identity and employment eligibility against official government records. Employers can check the status of new hires by matching information from their Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration databases.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain trusted client development and marketing adviser relationships with practice chairs and key stakeholders • Collaborate with practice chairs to develop annual strategic marketing and business development plans • Develop and manage client-centric and data-driven marketing and business development campaigns • Provide business development advice and guidance • Drive an effective strategy and submission process for awards and directories • Understand clients’ key business issues and goals • Conduct research and analysis to drive strategic change • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop client-facing pitch strategies • Evaluate, plan, organize, manage and host relevant practice-related events • Identify and oversee conference/sponsorship opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • JD or MBA strongly preferred • 9+ years marketing experience • Very strong written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization • Strong leadership skills • Strong commercial sense and understanding of attorney and client needs
