• Lead and support reliability consulting engagements focused on reliability-based maintenance • Support client projects involving asset management, maintenance best practices, and maintenance optimization • Work independently as the primary owner of project deliverables • Conduct asset walkdowns to create Master Asset Lists (MALs) • Collect, verify, and document equipment information, including manufacturer, model number, serial number, nameplate data, and other relevant attributes • Develop, review, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for client assets and equipment • Create preventive maintenance tasks, job plans, and programs; revise existing PMs as required • Support and/or lead asset criticality ranking efforts • Review and interpret P&IDs, OEM manuals, vendor-supplied documents, and technical asset documentation • Participate in Asset Strategy Optimization (ASO) initiatives • Perform spare parts analyses (SPA) for maintenance planning, inventory optimization, and equipment reliability • Provide technical expertise under project manager supervision, ensuring quality services are delivered on schedule and within budget • Identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiencies on assigned projects and among team members • Develop existing customer relationships to facilitate new business opportunities • Represent ABS Group and promote its products and services • Mentor and coach entry-level consultants • Report to a manager, director, or executive-level position; no direct reports
• A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in work experience and training • A minimum of 6+ years of experience is preferred • Professional certification preferred • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) • Experience in reliability consulting within industrial, manufacturing, energy, or process plant environments • Experience with asset data analysis, reporting tools, and technical documentation systems • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, OEM manuals, vendor documentation, and other technical equipment records • Ability to utilize root cause analysis to improve performance • Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System • Ability to perform projects in the field and travel to client sites as needed • Ability to demonstrate independent, objective, open-minded thinking with strong attention to detail and sound judgment • Demonstrate a proficient level of time management skills
