📋 Description

• Balance, analyze, and reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts • Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records • Perform monthly bank reconciliations for assigned accounts • Investigate variances and prepare corrective entries • Prepare, maintain, and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts • Prepare monthly journal entries, allocations, accruals, and adjusting entries • Extract data from EMERGE, review it, and import information into MIP • Review, verify, and approve invoices within Compass and import them into MIP • Assist with annual financial audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting • Maintain and administer Positive Pay processes • Support month-end and year-end close activities • Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation • Serve as backup to the Accounts Payable Supervisor as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Associates or better in Accounting • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Knowledge of organizational policies and regulatory requirements • Experience with EMERGE • Experience with MIP • Experience with Compass • Ability to perform general ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations • Ability to prepare journal entries, allocations, accruals, and adjusting entries • Ability to prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts • Ability to support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting • Ability to maintain Positive Pay processes • Ability to serve as backup to the Accounts Payable Supervisor as needed
