📋 Description

• Own end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and month-end close • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with US GAAP • Oversee invoice data entry, coding, processing, and disbursement controls • Manage and develop the accounting team, set priorities, review work, and drive performance • Automate manual processes and improve accounting efficiency using finance software • Optimize the NetSuite ERP system and support implementation of a close management tool • Partner with cross-functional teams to accurately track expenses, follow processes, and meet deadlines • Support foreign subsidiaries, intercompany activity, and consolidations • Maintain accurate, complete, audit-ready, and well-documented financial records

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and month-end close • Experience with international accounting, consolidations, or cross-border operations preferred • 2+ years of people management experience with direct oversight of accounting staff • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration • CPA preferred • Comfortable navigating modern finance systems and quickly learning and optimizing new tools • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
