• Provide executive operations support to the Chief Impact Officer • Optimize executive leaders' priorities through strategic calendar management • Coordinate complex scheduling and prepare meeting logistics • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and coordinate high-profile engagements • Plan and execute events and manage office operations • Strengthen the Impact team's operating systems and workflows
🎯 Requirements
• Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, or day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organization skills • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally • Experience with technology including AI and software like Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides • Experience supporting senior leaders or coordinating work across multiple teams is a bonus
