• The Proposal and Pursuit Coordinator manages and drives the development of competitive proposals and supports strategic business development efforts across the organization. • Serve as the central point of accountability for proposal execution, partnering closely with Business Development, Sales Contributors, and Project Managers. • Manage the full lifecycle of proposals and pre-qualifications, from opportunity identification through final submission. • Partner with Business Development to evaluate opportunities, define pursuit strategies, and lead the development of compliant, compelling submissions. • Lead and support proposal development efforts, including drafting, editing, formatting, and assembling final deliverables. • Identify and integrate win themes throughout the proposal materials to strengthen positioning and competitiveness. • Review and refine all proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company standards and brand guidelines. • Manage proposal schedules, coordinate contributors, and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions under tight deadlines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or sales support, preferably within consulting or professional services. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners in support of business development efforts. • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with an emphasis on document layout and visual presentation.
