📋 Description

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program covering pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques • Establish working relationships with commercial customers, including hospitality and foodservice customers • Partner with customers to identify and solve pest elimination needs • Maintain expertise in Ecolab product and service offerings to enhance service and sales • Use handheld computerized equipment to document structural, sanitation, and pest issues • Deliver timely, cost-effective, high-quality service under close supervision • Obtain required pest control licensing and/or certification as mandated by state/local law • Work independently in a flexible, field-based environment • Protect customer brands and public health through science-based solutions • Travel to Eagan, Minnesota for one week of training • Drive a company vehicle as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Two years of work or military experience • Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions • Availability to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends as needed • Must be 18 years of age or older • Obtain pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law • Background check required for candidates receiving a job offer • Drug test including THC required for candidates receiving a job offer • Immigration sponsorship is not available • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds chest high • Ability to wear and use a respirator • Ability to work in confined spaces, damp/dusty areas, and extreme temperatures • Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and standing for extended periods • Ability to drive a company vehicle • Previous customer service experience preferred • Experience selling value-added products to existing customers preferred • Previous pest elimination industry or route experience preferred
