📋 Description

• Work alongside customers at their facilities to identify improvement opportunities in cleaning, disinfection, plant hygiene, product quality, employee efficiency, and operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance • Provide technical support to customers in the Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Dietary Supplement sectors • Advise on cleaning and disinfection, Ecolab product application, and industry best practices • Optimize clean-in-place and clean-out-of-place processes through technical visits and site surveys • Provide cleaning validation guidance and customer training for compliant cleaning processes • Guide internal and external customers on best-practice processes and products • Technically support implementation of improvements and link customers with internal sales teams • Resolve complex customer problems related to cleaning and hygiene across Personal Care manufacturing applications • Review contamination-control practices and cleaning/disinfection products, then provide documented recommendations • Assist with change control, project management, SOP guidance, and validation consultation • Conduct internal training and customer-facing seminars on cGMPs, cleaning and disinfection, cleaning technologies, and cleaning validation • Communicate best practices and key learnings to the field sales organization • Lead unique customer projects beyond the technical ability of Account Managers or Regional Managers • Ensure brand standards, report accuracy, and timely completion of final reports • Travel to international customer sites as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, preferably with operations or engineering focus • 10 years of practical experience in a relevant industry • Experience understanding and troubleshooting cleaning and CIP operations • Experience executing or supporting cleaning validation programs • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time based on customer needs • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Valid driver’s license • Ability to obtain visas for international travel • No immigration sponsorship available • Preferred: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, preferably Operations or Engineering • Preferred: Experience or familiarity with the Life Sciences industry, including Pharmaceutical and/or Personal Care • Preferred: Proficiency with internal or external auditing • Preferred: Project leadership and understanding of change control processes • Preferred: Ability to take initiative, work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and follow through • Preferred: Flexibility to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines • Preferred: Previous experience in GMP production sites • Preferred: Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as MHRA, FDA, and HPRA
