📋 Description

• Lead complex business initiatives by defining objectives, assessing business value, sizing financial and operational impact, evaluating risks, and recommending courses of action for senior leadership. • Maintain understanding of market dynamics, competitive trends, client needs, technology shifts, industry developments, and the AI space. • Lead cross-functional workstreams from concept through pilot, launch readiness, and performance monitoring. • Establish milestones, KPIs, decision points, and risk mitigation plans. • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align teams and influence decisions. • Prepare leadership-ready materials for internal and external engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred. • 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, financial services, banking/fintech, technology strategy, or business execution. • Experience in investment solutions or wealth management strongly preferred. • Ability to lead complex workstreams or initiatives across strategic framing, analysis, stakeholder alignment, leadership communication, implementation planning, and outcome tracking. • Executive-quality PowerPoint skills, including story lining, visual synthesis, and tailoring messages for SLT/Board. • Excel/Sheets proficiency, including market and competitive analysis, basic financial modeling, and scenario/sensitivity analysis. • Ability to influence without authority and escalate thoughtfully. • Experience evaluating AI/ML solutions in regulated financial services environments preferred.
