📋 Description

• Engage directly with presidents, provosts, CMOs, and enrollment leaders to identify strategic communications needs and position EducationDynamics as a mission-critical partner • Bring crisis communications experience to client conversations, offering frameworks and perspective based on firsthand institutional knowledge • Counsel higher education clients on earned media, reputation, and AI visibility across tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews • Leverage AI to sharpen research, messaging, and diagnosis of complex client challenges • Cultivate a portfolio of institutional partnerships through a solutions-oriented approach • Translate reputational risk, enrollment decline, brand confusion, and leadership transitions into actionable scopes of work • Collaborate with marketing, enrollment management, research, and consulting teams to architect integrated client solutions • Represent EducationDynamics at conferences, executive roundtables, and advisory settings with senior institutional leadership • Maintain a visible and credible presence in the higher education communications market to generate inbound interest and referrals

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in higher education communications • Track record including crisis communications, executive advisory work, or institutional reputation management • Demonstrated experience working at or alongside C-suite leaders in higher education • Solid understanding of enrollment marketing and student communications evolution, particularly in the career-focused sector • Professional reputation in the higher education market with access to institutional decision makers • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling, ideally of communications, marketing, or enrollment services • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present to individuals, executive teams, and conference audiences • Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform • Ability to work independently and manage a complex, relationship-driven book of business
