📋 Description

• Implementing and supporting virtualization, compute, and storage systems, including SAN environments. • Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure components. • Performing software upgrades and ongoing system support. • Contributing to the design and deployment of highly available virtualization, compute, and storage solutions. • Ensuring incidents are resolved in a timely manner. • Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Contribute to medium to large infrastructure projects. • Implement, administer, and maintain geographically distributed on-premises datacenter infrastructure. • Prepare and execute planned infrastructure changes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions. • Monitor infrastructure health using alerting and monitoring tools. • Support data integrity efforts within SaaS platforms. • Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5+ years of experience in systems implementation and support in complex, high-performance environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams • Experience working within enterprise architecture and software development lifecycle frameworks • Ability to support proof-of-concept activities and technical evaluations • Strong working knowledge of converged compute platforms (Cisco UCS, HPE Synergy, Dell PowerEdge MX) • Solid understanding of Fiber Channel SAN environments (MDS), including zoning and troubleshooting • Ability to troubleshoot networking across OSI layers • Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting systems • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, REST APIs, Ansible) • Strong working knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, ESXi) • Experience with enterprise block storage platforms (e.g., Pure FlashArray, Dell EMC PowerMax)
