📋 Description

• Support the sales team by managing sales processes, including processing online paperwork, reviewing contracts for accuracy and completeness, and collecting outstanding client documents. • Ensure strict compliance with client-required documentation and initiate service set-up by creating cases. • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales operations, maximize efficiency, and meet critical deadlines. • Monitor dashboards for client files and projects, ensuring timely turnaround. • Serve as a liaison between Sales and various departments, providing troubleshooting assistance, and educating Account Executives on client paperwork requirements. • Offer comprehensive administrative support to a large team of sales representatives, including addressing inquiries, managing business card orders, and facilitating marketing material procurement. • Exemplify the values and culture of the department and company, fostering strong teamwork and synergy internally and externally.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or experience in sales operations or a related administrative role. • Proficiency in computer skills, including Salesforce, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow through on tasks and projects. • Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills. • Exceptional multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Collaborative mindset, respecting diverse perspectives, and contributing insights in team and one-on-one discussions. • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing objectives. • Enthusiasm for self-development and a passion for process improvement. • Self-motivated with the ability to work as an individual and part of a team.
