📋 Description

• Support forecast analytics across regions by analyzing pipeline, conversion, deal movement, and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities • Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reporting for sales productivity, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and attainment • Prepare executive and board-level materials that translate sales results and business trends into clear, actionable insights • Support quota and scenario modeling by analyzing productivity, coverage, capacity, and performance trends • Improve forecast cadence through data validation, reporting governance, and pipeline inspection support • Maintain CRM and reporting integrity across Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, and related systems • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve processes, reporting standards, and decision quality • Operate independently, recommend actions, and help raise the standard of analysis across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing Operations, or a similar analytical role • Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint skills • Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, or similar systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and deliver high-quality output with urgency and attention to detail
