📋 Description

• Lead analytical initiatives supporting enterprise-level strategic priorities, including sales performance optimization, customer acquisition and retention strategy, and channel attribution modeling • Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical goals and requirements • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven analysis • Design and develop advanced analytical models using regression, clustering, classification, and time series forecasting • Create and manage KPI dashboards and reporting tools for marketing campaigns, sales channels, and customer cohorts • Mentor junior analysts and review their work for analytical rigor, clarity, and business relevance • Transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights • Communicate findings through storytelling and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau and Excel • Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data architecture and pipelines • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behaviors, product performance, and retention activity effectiveness • Uncover trends and provide recommendations to business leaders and senior executives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science) • 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role, ideally within a direct-to-consumer environment • Advanced proficiency in SQL • Ability to manipulate large datasets, build automated workflows, and conduct statistical analyses • Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design (e.g., A/B testing), and modeling techniques • Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel • Prior experience in the Medicare, ACA Health, or broader health insurance industry preferred • Experience with customer retention modeling and lead funnel analysis preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences • Proactive mindset for mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement preferred
