📋 Description

• Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy and roadmap • Lead large-scale technology, process, and organizational transformation initiatives • Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation and operational improvement • Evaluate existing systems, processes, and technologies and recommend modernization opportunities • Lead the implementation and adoption of new digital platforms, applications, and technologies • Oversee cross-functional transformation teams, budgets, timelines, and project priorities • Establish KPIs and performance measures to track transformation progress and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or a related area • Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data and analytics, automation, AI, cybersecurity, and modern enterprise platforms • Excellent project, program, and stakeholder management skills • Strong business and financial acumen
