📋 Description

• Support the strategic direction, management, and advancement of GMCB data and analytics initiatives • Assist the Director in managing, planning, and implementing strategic, programmatic, and organizational change initiatives • Oversee data governance and ensure high-quality, accessible health system data • Manage the collection, storage, processing, analysis, and reporting of critical health system data • Manage large health system data-related processes, systems, assets, and system changes affecting GMCB and other state agencies • Support development and implementation of GMCB's enterprise portfolio of data work, practices, and systems • Collaborate with the Agency of Digital Services • Support development of long-range plans and programs aligned with GMCB goals and federal and state requirements • Build program and project budgets, monitor costs, and facilitate resource allocation at the Director's instruction • Exercise direct supervision over a portion of data staff and indirect supervision over other program staff • Coordinate and collaborate with GMCB and other program leadership, business offices, the State Enterprise Project Management Office, program managers, and information technology leaders, managers, and staff • Contribute to a data-driven culture that informs regulatory and policy decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in social science, business or public administration, computer science, or related field AND four (4) or more years of experience in data project management, reporting, and analysis, INCLUDING two (2) or more years of supervisory experience • OR eight (8) or more years of experience in data related project management, reporting, and analysis, INCLUDING two (2) or more years of supervisory experience • Demonstrated experience working on multiple overlapping projects • Demonstrated experience delivering work products on program deadlines • People leader experience within a Health system-focused institution • Experience working in Agile environments • Experience managing multiple types of problems at the same time • Experience in Health system technology • Some travel may be required; private means of transportation should be available • Work outside of regular work schedule should be anticipated
