• Manage one or more statistical programming projects with cross-functional teams and vendors • Develop and review SAS codes • Create datasets and summary Tables, Graphs, and Listings (TLGs) according to Statistical Analysis Plans • Review statistical analysis plans and contribute to implementation • Collaborate with Biostatistics, Data Management, Clinical Operations, and other teams to ensure dataset and summary accuracy • Resolve issues in project implementation and represent statistical programming in study team meetings • Participate in identifying and selecting external partners and vendors • Monitor vendor deliverable quality • Improve statistical programming processes, systems, tools, and team training • Mentor less experienced team members
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, public health, biostatistics, statistics, or another related area • 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with a Master's degree in clinical development statistical programming methods and processes • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Experience driving results indirectly by influencing others • Significant vendor management experience • Significant experience with SAS • Experience leading projects involving Phase I and II studies • Significant experience with CDISC (SDTM/ADaM) • Proven performance in an earlier or comparable role
