📋 Description

• Serve as the primary compliance contact for branch leadership • Provide guidance on compliance questions and concerns • Coach and mentor Compliance Business Partners • Oversee Associate Compliance Partners’ timeliness, accuracy, productivity, and quality of work • Lead high-risk investigations with the Director of Service Line Compliance • Interview staff, gather and analyze evidence, and develop findings and recommendations • Review team investigations for completeness and provide feedback • Maintain accurate case records and reports • Identify trends and root causes • Recommend preventive actions and escalate significant compliance, privacy, quality, or business risks • Partner with operational leaders and the Director of Service Line Compliance to improve processes and reduce risk • Meet quality and productivity goals • Complete required training • Report to the Director of Service Line Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration or a related field, or 5–7 years’ relevant experience in Compliance, Risk or Safety investigations • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, clinical risk management, patient/employee safety, or a related field within a healthcare setting • Previous experience in home health, hospice or personal care services is highly desirable • Current RN, LPN or equivalent clinical licensure preferred • Certification in Compliance (e.g. CHC) is preferred • Travel up to 10%, including driving, air travel and overnight stays • Meet all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing • Protect patient and staff confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
