📋 Description

• Partner with sellers and clients to define goals, uncover performance gaps, and recommend learning strategies • Translate diagnosed needs into buildable learning solutions covering curriculum, modalities, technology, delivery model, budget, timeline, and measurement • Write executive summaries, technical approaches, learning design narratives, pricing, and differentiators for proposals • Establish assessment and evaluation frameworks and feed results into future solutioning • Own solutioning intake and qualification end to end • Run discovery and scope custom eLearning engagements with instructional designers and delivery leads • Define business and technical requirements and constraints before work is committed • Research, write, and edit tailored RFP, RFQ, and inbound opportunity responses • Manage submission deadlines, accuracy, compliance, and final quality • Build and maintain proposal libraries, case studies, pricing frames, and templates • Use generative AI for drafting, research synthesis, deck and visual assembly, and formatting; direct and quality-control the output • Research clients, competitors, and market trends; track win rates, cycle time, and loss reasons • Partner across sales, instructional design, delivery, and accounting to reduce handoff friction • Own engagements from the first client conversation through signed SOW

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years combining learning strategy or instructional systems design with client-facing solutioning and proposal or RFP response work • Track record of proposals that won • Bachelor's degree or higher • Exceptional writing and editing skills • High proficiency with generative-AI tools for research, drafting, design, and deck production • Ability to translate performance data and evaluation results into strategic recommendations • Deep understanding of the custom-eLearning and learning-services landscape, including instructional design, content development, learning technologies, and the competitive field • Proficiency with Google Suite, virtual meeting tools, CRM (HubSpot), and proposal or content management systems • Ability to independently manage multiple engagements and submission dates • Ability to attend trade shows occasionally and stand for long periods • Ability to sit at a desk, work on a computer, perform repetitive hand motions, and lift up to 15 pounds periodically • Relevant ISD, learning-strategy, proposal-management, or AI/data certifications preferred • Advanced degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus • Functional depth in AI enablement, leadership, onboarding, product, pharmaceutical and medical, sales enablement, or compliance training is a plus
