📋 Description

• Design and develop advanced L3/L4 eLearning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360 • Build complex scenarios, branching interactions, simulations, and custom learning experiences • Translate storyboards into engaging, visually sophisticated learning solutions with minimal supervision • Apply strong UI/UX, visual design, animation, and motion principles • Develop and troubleshoot custom web-based interactions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Ensure learning experiences meet WCAG accessibility standards and technical requirements • Prepare and troubleshoot courses for LMS/SCORM deployment • Conduct detailed visual, functional, and technical QA • Solve complex development challenges independently and identify creative solutions • Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and other creative/technical team members as needed • Explore and apply emerging AI and automation tools to improve the eLearning development process

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level Articulate 360 / Storyline 360 experience • Advanced L3/L4 eLearning development experience • Strong UI/UX and visual design skills • Proven experience developing scenario-based and branched learning • Strong understanding of animation and motion design principles • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Understanding of WCAG and accessible eLearning development • Strong knowledge of SCORM and LMS environments • Excellent visual QA and attention to detail • Ability to independently interpret storyboards and visualize the final learning experience • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Experience creating custom web-based interactions
