📋 Description

• Lead 4–5 client teams while overseeing junior staff • Develop and implement comprehensive institutional fundraising strategies with clients • Establish short- and long-term fundraising goals, prospecting priorities, and cultivation and stewardship systems • Manage prospect research, cultivation, solicitation, and grant calendar deliverables • Manage early-career development professionals • Draft select proposals, reports, letters of inquiry, and concept papers • Coach clients on fundraising strategy, grant writing, financials, program evaluation, budget development, measurement and evaluation, and organizational planning/sustainability • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and support high-quality grant calendars and data analysis • Identify fundraising obstacles and collaboratively develop solutions and contingencies • Present complex problems, goals, and ideas accessibly to client stakeholders • Report progress toward client goals to a dedicated Supervisor • Contribute to Elevate’s culture, equity and inclusion commitment, and company values

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of experience or comparable experience with the listed key tasks and responsibilities • Skilled institutional fundraising professional • Ability to coach clients on fundraising strategy, grant writing, financials, and program evaluation • Ability to oversee junior staff and manage 4–6 client teams • Strong institutional fundraising strategy experience in at least two issue areas or funder landscapes • Exemplary, strengths-based writing skills • Program design knowledge sufficient to guide competitive funding proposals • Comfort with budgets, basic program evaluation, and common grant attachments • Ability to research aligned funding opportunities and support funder cultivation • Experience maintaining Salesforce records, grant calendars, and data analysis systems • Standard team management skills, including 1:1s, task delegation, oversight, and timely feedback • Strong problem-solving, consulting, professional communication, prioritization, information processing, attention to detail, and continuous learning skills • Proficiency with Dropbox, Salesforce, Google Groups, and Elevate’s standard tools and systems • Legally authorized to work for Elevate in the United States • Must work for Elevate in the United States
