📋 Description

• Own IRL features from discovery through production-ready design • Understand how store associates, managers, and admin users work within Endear • Run research from early discovery through usability testing • Design complete, accessible product experiences, including loading, empty, error, permission, and other key states • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape solutions early • Use customer insight and data to inform design decisions and iteration • Build deeper ownership across the IRL product • Deliver experiences improving retail teams’ clienteling and in-store workflows • Establish a rhythm of discovery, testing, and continuous learning • Demonstrate clear user and business impact through shipped work • Collaborate with the Head of Product Design on vision and direction • Work with a Product Manager and 2–3 Engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years working in product design • Independently owning features from discovery through implementation, with support on vision and direction • Running user research from discovery through usability testing • Translating broad or ambiguous problems into clear product solutions • Working closely with Design, Product, and Engineering teams • Designing complex, accessible workflows and accounting for loading, empty, error, and permission states • Using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions • Building within established design patterns while knowing when something needs to evolve • Using AI tools as part of your workflow and applying judgment to AI-generated output • A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and execution, with ability to articulate work impact and data where available • Availability for the all-team standup every Monday at 8:00 AM Pacific • Must be US-based • No retail or e-commerce background required
