📋 Description

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces across browsing, discovery, ticket purchasing, order management, and customer-support experiences • Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into practical design solutions • Apply layout, typography, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and responsive-design principles • Contribute to creation, documentation, and maintenance of design systems across multiple products • Create reusable components, patterns, and design specifications • Prepare design assets and documentation for engineering implementation • Collaborate with designers, engineers, product owners, stakeholders, and internal and external partners • Participate in design reviews, working sessions, and critiques • Partner with engineers during implementation to clarify design intent, resolve issues, and refine the final experience • Incorporate accessibility considerations and established standards • Review implemented experiences for usability, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with approved designs • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience across JGO products and brands • Balance long-term initiatives with short-term requests and production needs • Manage assigned work and meet commitments and deadlines • Seek feedback, test ideas, and iterate on solutions • Use Figma and approved AI-assisted workflows for design exploration, iteration, documentation, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Education, training, or practical experience sufficient to demonstrate a foundation in user-experience and visual-design principles • Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and clear, user-centered solutions • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity interface designs using Figma or a comparable design tool • Experience receiving feedback and iterating on design work collaboratively • No specific college degree or minimum number of years of professional UX experience is required • Proficiency with Figma or ability to quickly attain proficiency • Knowledge of UX/UI design, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and responsive design • Understanding of user-centered design processes and systems-based product design • Ability to analyze complex requirements, identify edge cases, and apply sound reasoning • Ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, product owners, stakeholders, and partners • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, cross-functional team • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization that does not require employer visa sponsorship • Preferred: ecommerce, ticketing, transactional products, WCAG, HTML, CSS, responsive web design, design systems, mobile platforms, iOS, or Android experience
