📋 Description

• Open a new market for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company • Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the region • Hire the team needed to establish the market • Meet strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points • Identify use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows • Work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology in innovative solutions • Design and architect bespoke customer integrations • Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models • Present project results and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives • Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software products and AI models • Build and deliver demos of voice and audio AI technology • Identify applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally • Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners • Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders internally and at customer or partner organizations • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams • Basic proficiency in Python • Understanding of API integration for implementing scripts and building prototypes/demos • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to summarize complex technical concepts and use logic to pursue optimal solutions • Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications • Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact • Experience identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners is nice to have • Required country of residence must be provided on the application form
