📋 Description

• Own self-serve growth for Reception.ai, ElevenLabs' conversational agents product for small and medium-sized businesses • Build and scale paid digital campaigns • Develop influencer and creator partnerships • Drive SEO and organic social growth • Build partnerships with SMB-focused platforms and communities • Execute viral launches • Analyze acquisition channels and SMB user behavior • Identify drivers of activation, conversion, and retention • Help drive the product roadmap • Position Reception.ai as the default AI voice-agent choice for small businesses

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience running and optimizing data-driven growth campaigns, ideally for SMB or prosumer products • Familiarity with SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and organic social • Understanding of how SMBs discover and buy software • Strong grasp of self-serve funnels: signup, onboarding, activation, and conversion to paid • Self-starter with strong ownership, autonomy, and a bias toward action and automation • Demonstrated initiative and accountability for outcomes and systems • High standards for quality, clarity, and impact • Founder or early-stage experience is a bonus • Experience marketing to SMB verticals such as home services, healthcare, hospitality, or professional services is a bonus
