📋 Description

• Own research and strategy for each top vertical, including market sizing, ICP and persona definition, buying process, priority use cases, competitive positioning, and where ElevenLabs wins • Run end-to-end launches for each vertical, from strategy and segmentation through enablement, pipeline targets, and post-launch performance reviews • Drive alignment across Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing on priorities, owners, and timelines • Translate vertical-specific product needs, including integrations, compliance, features, and workflows, into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product • Define vertical metrics such as pipeline, win rate, ACV, sales cycle, and product adoption • Build dashboards and use insights to determine where to invest or pull back • Advise Sales and GTM leadership on vertical investment decisions • Provide clear recommendations and regular performance reporting • Shape and scale ElevenLabs' vertical go-to-market motion

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy • Ideally, experience building or launching a vertical GTM motion • Proven ability to take an ambiguous strategic question to a structured answer and drive execution across teams • Curiosity about industries, including healthcare, financial services, and retail • Strong analytical skills • Proven expertise in SQL • Data visualization using BI tools, such as Sigma • Excellent communication and influence skills • Ability to align Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders without direct authority • Highly adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, undefined space • Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt • Passion for audio AI and making content universally accessible • Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality, fast execution • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
